All those registered for the conference must log in to their account and modify and enter all required data

- The full name in Arabic or English

- And the mobile number with the country code

- And the postal address

-And email

- A clear copy of the ID or residency permit for Saudis and residents

- A copy of the passport for foreigners, date of issue and expiry date

- A personal photo with a white background of an appropriate size

Note that the conference administration emphasizes maintaining the confidentiality of information that will be used only for the purposes of the conference, such as issuing conference IDs and barcodes and booking travel and accommodation for researchers and conference guests.

Conference identification card (badge)

Each participant must have an identification card bearing the person’s photo and the conference logo (badge). Which must be obtained from the registration office, For security purposes, it must be carried and displayed clearly at all times so that its owner is allowed to enter the conference hall and attend the opening ceremony and scientific sessions.
