The Saudi ICOMOS vision is to support and improve the preservation of Saudi cultural heritage through awareness, capacity building, coordination and consultation. As well as by supporting research in the areas of protection, preservation, management and continuity of our cultural heritage.

ICOMOS Saudi Arabia strives to increase the debate on heritage conservation at a more critical level based on the latest international beliefs and standards. It also serves as an advisory body for our national organizations, representing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in regional and international forums.

Saudi ICOMOS is a nationally respected organization of a group of cultural heritage specialists that advocates and supports heritage preservation through developing the best procedures, sharing knowledge, and enabling professional development.
